Hello Central Screw Products Customers, Friends, and Potentials.

I hope you are all having a great start to the year. There was some talk here about making the monthly update a little nicer, adding some graphics, and sending it out as an email attachment, and I have decided against it. The informal update is something I really enjoy and I realized with all the “help” I was getting, it is easier to just keep pushing forward in my own way. The current email format allows you to scan it quickly if you choose, and save it for later if you don’t have time. Additionally, I have decided to post a nice PDF version here, with archived updates so that you can check back if you choose.

The New Year has brought on a busy feel at Central Screw. Our lead times are reaching out further than they have in along time, and the rush jobs have continued to come. We thank you for all your business, as always. The overseas business is moving forward as well. Many of our customers have started to see the benefits of using our services both at home and abroad. I like it because it makes our relationship stronger, and gives us both a little more help in the long run.

Our newly re-done web site showcases our services in a very exciting way. We are pushing ahead thinking of ways to make the lives of our customers easier. My plan is to move more of the quoting and shipping information to the Web, so that we can all access it 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. In addition some of our new services in manufacturing processing will also follow onto the Web, giving our customers that choose to use it the ability to access their information remotely or from their shop.

Sometimes it is nice to take a few seconds and thank all of you. You have all helped us move forward in this new world economy, and we believe now that we are out ahead, leading the charge. Our relationships are stronger than ever, and we have faith in each other not only as companies, but as people. So I hope to hear from all of you soon. You all keep us energized and help us enjoy coming to work everyday.
