Justification: The customer was having ongoing dimensional and finishing quality issues with their current supplier, the supplier was not able to keep up with the demand for this part, and costs were increasing. By fabricating the components in our factory in China, then having the parts finished and assembled locally, CSP is able to reduce price as well as being able to closely monitor the overall quality of the component. While continually implementing this model, CSP has been able to increase volume to their customer by 300% over the past six months while not compromising on quality or on-time delivery.
