Arnot B. Heller III
Arnot Heller III started working at Central Screw Products in 1999 after graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan. In 2001, he led the effort to launch Central Screw Products into the global manufacturing world. This effort initiated a culture of change at CSP that still exists today and continues to drive the company forward. Arnot is the company CEO and leads all business development aspects. His background as a machinist and engineer help facilitate new opportunities for CSP and deliver value to CSP's customers.
Matthew D. Heller
Matt graduated from the University of Michigan in 2001 with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He worked for Air Products and Chemicals as a production and process engineer for 4 years after college. In 2005, he moved back to Michigan to join Central Screw Products. He helped facilitate the change of Central Screw Products into a global company and continues to drive continuous improvements. Matt is in charge of all sales and continues to develop new areas for growth for the company. He is an avid traveler, has lived abroad in Australia, and has worked abroad in Europe and Asia.
Bryan Moosekian
Bryan returned to Central Screw Products in 2006 after working there in the 1990s as Plant Manager. Bryan is the Purchasing Manager and head of supply chain management for CSP. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University and has worked in the plating industry and the machining industry for almost 20 years. He has traveled to China with Central Screw Products and can direct the needs of CSP's customers to the correct portion of the business portfolio.
Jamie Iskenderian
Jamie started working at Central Screw Products in 2007 after graduating from Western Michigan University. She manages the office and performs inside sales work for the company In addition, she is in charge of all logistics from both CSP's international partners and all customers. She has traveled to Europe and Asia with Central Screw Products and understands the complexity and value of a global manufacturing company.
Max Friar
A graduate of Alma College, Max has a strong background in lead and market development for a variety of products and services. Max is working on the successful launch of Detroit Gun Works' products offerings
